Sheet Metal

Whether it is Hot Rolled, Cold Rolled, P & O, Stainless Steel, Aluminum or Galvanized material we have the capability to handle it. We can handle material ranging in thickness from 20ga to 3/8” thick. We can also process plate up to 2” thick in selected processes.

Shearing

Our 3 shears can handle from 20ga to 3/8” thick and up to 10 ft lengths. If you order 1 pc or 10,000 pcs we are ready to handle your requirements.

Rolling

We have 4 sets of sheet and plate rolls that can handle 20ga to 3/8” in thickness x 8 ft long. Thicker material can also be rolled in shorter lengths. We also have angle, channel and pipe rolling capability. Our extensive rolling capacity saves time and money by having all forming operations under one roof.

Bending

We have 10 press brakes with capacity of 20ga to 3/8 and up to 12 ft in length. Material thicker than ½” can also be formed in shorter lengths.

Plasma Cutting

Our 3 CNC high definition plasma cutters can handle material ranging from 20ga to 1-1/4” thick. We can cut sheets and plates up to 6 ft wide x 16 ft long. Heavier material, 1-1/4” to 4” thick can be cut on our CNC oxygen and acetylene table.

Structural Steel

We stock a wide variety of beams, channels, angles and pipe to meet our customer’s needs.
