	Has been with Riley since 2006 Experience in MIG welding, TIG welding, machine set-up, fabrication Expertise in machine set-up and fabrication Strengths: problem solving abilities and communication skills

	Has been with Riley since 1989 Experience in the field as a fabricator, then promoted to foreman before becoming a Field Project Manager Expertise in managing large industrial projects Strengths: multi-tasking of projects and managing road crews

	Has been with Riley since 1990 Experience in TIG, MIG, and stick welding and in field fabrication Expertise in Food Service projects, stainless steel, TIG welding Strengths: Management skills, man-hour scheduling, and hands-on experience with projects
